The Technology of Transportation In the earliest days of human existence, the need to convey products and people from point A to point B was realized. As time went by and human needs increased and became more complex, so did the forms of transportation. This blog will be dedicated to the evolution of the “Technology of Transportation”. Please feel free to embark on this fascinating journey!
i never have been on a helicopter ride but apperently he it is a fantastic 'breathtaking' view. Boats are nice to go site seeing, ellis island is good for that.
ReplyDeleteThis is a good idea and seems like much more fun. I would love to be on a helicopter ride with out the risk of falling a million feet!
ReplyDeleteBoats have definitely made major improvements over time with updated technological advancements. Things are more accessible to society thanks to boats.
ReplyDeleteI like the boat ride idea... last time i was in florida I took a boat ride and saw some HUGE houses that I was completely jealous of. They also took us out on this little island and let us walk around. It was really neat, and something I never saw before
ReplyDeleteI personally like driving in the car to go sightseeing! Yes being in a boat would be nice and a plane is just too much for me. It's bad enough flying 2 1/2 hours just to get to miami from Philly!!
ReplyDeleteAgreed that I'd probably rather be in a car while sighting seeing. I'm afraid of heights, and boats to a point. I can swim, but there's something that creeps me out about being that far into the ocean.
ReplyDeleteI've been on a sightseeing boat tour in the Bahamas. One was to see the nice houses owned by like Oprah and stuff. It was amazing and probably a much better view then being in a helicoptor. The other one was a glass bottom boat....AMAZING!!! I suggest everyone go on a glass bottom boat if you ever get the chance. Yes it might be a little better to scuba dive...but i'm not too fond of swimming with strange fish and sharks and sting rays...so if your like me and you wanna see whats down the the ocean take a glass bottom boat tour.
ReplyDeleteI've actually been on my fiances uncle's boat in Miami and we got to ride up and down and he pointed out celebrity houses. He lives in a condo that a few celebs live in, it's was a really cool experience. I would prefer the boat ride...
ReplyDeletenice, but do we really have to be everywhere faster?
ReplyDeleteisn't it better if it were just cleaner and more efficient?
A helicopter ride through Miami would be an awesome tour. There are so many vantage points that can't be seen in any other way other than high above the city with no obstructions in the way.
ReplyDeleteTHis way of site seeing can be cool. Yes, I would also want to see the sites by driving but in the air can be an awesome way to get around as well.
